Please note that depending on requirements, web projects are complex solutions that in most cases can have technical issues from time to time. In the majority of cases we can resolve issues quickly and with minimum fuss. However, in some cases third party issues and complex solutions may need to be developed to overcome issues. We will always try our best to get all our clients back up and working again as quickly as possible if issues arise.

OUR STANDARD SUPPORT

Defined as: Support provided during Dancing Badger’s opening hours

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 and 17:30
  • This is covered within our monthly maintenance and digital marketing contracts.
  • Excludes Bank Holidays and when the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.

If you don’t have a maintenance or digital marketing contract in place, you will be billed at our usual hourly rate.

Ad-Hoc out of hours support

Defined as: This is any support outside of standard opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 and 17:30
  • Excludes Bank Holidays and when the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.

Please note that all out of hours support is subject to availability and dependent on the nature of the issue. In some cases, issues may only be able to be resolved when the full team is back in the office during the next available regular working hours.

All ad-hoc out of hours support is charged at time and a half.
