We are not hiring right now.

That is the honest answer. We would rather say it than keep a permanent “join us” page open and quietly ignore what lands in it. But we do read everything that comes in, and we would rather know about good people before a role exists than start from scratch when one does.

What gets our attention

Three things worth putting in it.

We are eleven people in Exeter doing websites, marketing, analytics and design. Nobody here hides behind a job title, so a CV that only lists software tends not to tell us much.

Work we can actually look at
A portfolio, a repository, a campaign, a report you built. Evidence beats adjectives every time.

An opinion
Tell us something you think most agencies get wrong. We would rather disagree with you than read a list of tools.

A reason it is us
If you have read the site and something here interests you specifically, say what. It matters more than you would think.

Good people are worth knowing about early.

Roles here tend to appear at short notice. When one does, we start with the people we already know about rather than with a job board. If you are genuinely good at what you do, introduce yourself.

We read everything that arrives and will come back to you either way, even when the answer is that there is nothing right now. We keep speculative applications on file for twelve months so we can get in touch if something changes, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
